-Manufacturing Operations Consultant Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and providing consultation services regarding logistics and planning of various manufacturing processes (e.g., production efficiency, labor cost, product rework, and control of on-hold product).

Duties and Responsibilities

-Liasing with employees and agents in the United States and within the company, and with customers
负责与美国代理、员工、公司和客户相互协商工作。
-Supervising and managing company’s services, and ensuring effective employee utilization.

-Providing consultation services with respect to planning and coordinating manufacturing processes in order to satisfy customers’ goals, objectives and quality specifications in a cost-efficient manner.
就计划和协调制造过程为客户提供高效的咨询服务，确保达到客户的要求，目标以及质量规格。
-Providing consultation services regarding investigation, analyzing and developing new processes, and cost-effective alternatives and improvements regarding production processes.
能为新工艺的开发分析市场，降低成本，改善工作流程等提供有效的建议和咨询。
-Maintaining employee safety and morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.
能保证员工工作的安全，为他们提供一个高效而又安全的工作环境。
