Duties and Responsibilities

职责

-Providing consultation services with respect to manufacturing production planning – including developing /maintaining a viable plan incorporating hiring, training, capacity-modeling, efficiency/yield assumptions, ramp-rate, learning-curve etc.
就制造生产规划提供咨询服务—包括开发/维护一个包含雇佣，培训，建模容量，效率/产量预计，下滑率，学习曲线效应等。
-Providing consultation services with respect to implementation of production recipes and adjusting such as necessary to produce products within specifications.
就实施生产产品方案和必要的调整提供咨询服务，根据技术规范来进行产品的生产。
-Developing and recommending improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
开发和和推荐方法可以让设备，机械改进，或是使产品生产过程让生产出的产品更加安全，合格，有效。
-Providing consultation services with respect to process and material flows, space management, and working with the Engineering group to maximize utilization of space designated for specific operations area.
就加工进程和物料流程、空间管理提供咨询，同工程师团队一起为特殊工作台设计空间，将空间最大化利用。
-Providing consultation services with respect to training of new or existing employees.
管理或是对现有员工进行培训。
-Establishing and supporting a work environment of continuous improvement that supports the company’s Quality policy, Quality System & the appropriate regulations for the area.
建立并且支撑对公司质量政策，质量系统和适当流程有帮助作用的工作环境。

Skills and Specifications

所需技能

-Able to speak and write Mandarin and English fluently.

中英文水平流利。
-High-level leadership and decision-making skills.

-Able to interact with all professionals within the company.

-Required excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

优秀的口头，人际沟通能力，以及书写能力。

-Stamping,Forging,Heat treatment experience is preferred.
有压膜，锻造，热处理经验的优先

Education and Qualifications

教育

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
工程师学士或是相关专业。
-Minimum 2 years of experience as production supervisor.(in the field of tooling/manufacturing is preferred)
至少2年工程师顾问协作员的工作经验（有制模或是生产相关领域经验的优先）
