职位描述
The Financial Analyst role provides business support and financial analysis to specific PTC functional or segment organization. This is a worldwide role involving interface with management and international business units, with responsibility for the following activities, further described hereunder: Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis, Expense Control; Reporting; Ad Hoc Analysis
Organization Responsibilities
? Budgeting: Participate in the yearly budgeting process following Corporate calendar and procedures; support regional functional budgeting process.
? Forecasting: Provide FP&A with accurate six quarter rolling forecast each month; update Planning & Reporting Tool; Liaise extensively with the regional functional contacts and corporate finance.
? Variances Analysis: For each fiscal month close process, analyze variances between actual and forecasted/budgeted numbers. Communicate with functional business managers and finance colleagues regarding significant variances from budget/forecast. Liaise extensively with accounting team.
? Expense Control: Identify and actively help functional management control expense levers as appropriate, e.g. headcount, POs, travel policies, accruals, etc.
? Reporting: Develop and communicate to functional management monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
? Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist and complete projects as necessary.
Preferred Requirements
? Advanced Microsoft Office skills
? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics
? Enterprise software experience
? English Language Skills

? 1-3 years of professional work experience

o Familiar with accounting principles and reporting
o Creates budgets & forecasts following recognized guidelines; understands and applies financial techniques to track actual costs against budgeted & forecasted costs
