岗位职责:

- Use technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries, demonstrate products, product applications and company services
- Load software on computers instruct customer in use of the equipment or development tools
- Investigate or resolves customer problem by using resources from local suppliers or technical support centers
- Plans, schedules and prioritizes level of technical support according to customer requirement and management direction
- Prepare details product specifications to support customer design requirement
- Register Design-In / Design-wins with suppliers
- Provide field application support to customer on all I/C product in the marketing of responsibility
- Manage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design process.
- Maximize the design-win dollar value through continuous providing design-in supports to customer.
- Acquire product application material / know-how to propose design solution
- Complies and submit statistics or periodic reports

任职资格:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years computer hardware design engineering experience;
- Electronics Engineering background
- R&D background
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Solid experience on Signal Chain and Analog produces (such as ADC, Amplifier, interface…etc.) will be preferred.
- Solid experience of working in Semiconductor or/and distribution industry will be preferred.
