职位描述
Major Responsibility
Ongoing Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance system for the Facility equipment (database and tracking system of all equipment which requires regular maintenance)
- Develop weekly/monthly/yearly maintenance schedule in order to minimize equipment downtime
- Support the production in the facility mechanical area
- Emphasize safety in daily operation by strict adherence to applicable codes and standards. Comply with all government regulations with regards to facilities, utilities, etc.
- Analyze the equipment performance routinely and make improvement recommendations
- Complete follow up actions required from production/safety/environment audits
- Provide job related training for Mechanical Technician & Mechanics. Take responsibility for building and improving the technical strength of the maintenance team in mechanical area
- Coordinate with other maintenance engineers on people resource, collect necessary equipment information prior to developing preventive maintenance plan
- Assist operation manager on contractor management and cost control
- Attend training related to the assigned area. Become thoroughly knowledgeable in the facility equipment for whole plant
- Responsible for spare parts management system and localization initiative
- Improve CMMS (Computer Management Maintenance System) as needed
- Project management, documentation and training
- Be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance work of HVAC, air compressor, dust collection and chiller.
- Improve relative system for running more reliable and stable.
- Expand related system to meet process requirement. Review and update relative SOP and WI.
Project Tasks:
- Define the specification for facility equipment purchasing and service terms associated. Involve in vendor selection and quotation
- Deploy new technology equipment transfer and upgrade
- Supervise the installation and debugging of new/upgraded facility equipment
- Review and update all drawings, machine specifications, and Sop’s (Standard Operating Procedure) associated with facility equipment installation and upgrade
- Develop complete equipment list. Responsible for new equipment entry and change management
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation
- 5 + years of experience on equipment engineering in manufacturing facility environment
- Strong record of results for a multi-national company
- Experience in working with and/or supervising project teams
Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities)
- Good at problem analysis and logical thinking and decision making.
- Be familiar with equipment management & maintenance flow chart
- Be familiar with industrial BA/FA/Security system
- Be familiar with HVAC, pumps, compressors, natural gas, chiller system etc.
- Be good at teamwork and management, Be able to on-call work, necessary overtime as require
- Good command of the designing software such as AutoCAD and office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English skills in written & oral & listening
