Requirements:

1. Over 4 years working experience in Human Resources and should process good experience in dealing staff compensations and benefits (preferable working in sizable firm of more than 100+ staff)
2. Good command of English is a must, both of oral and written.
3. Proficient in Excel, pivot table and V-look up skill is a must
4. Good communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.

Job Description:
1. Responsible for HR compensations and benefits functions including salary and benefits administration, social insurance with other routine work.
2. To monitor and maintain internal personnel information system update.
3. Support C&B Manager to conducts surveys, analysis for C&B projects, etc

**Those applicant with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant.

5 DAYS Work, excellent fringe benefits with the salary offer up to RMB7,000 - RMB8,000 to the right candidate.
