职位概述
对实验室质量相关工作进行管理和指导，在斑马工程规范下，对供应商零部件进行检验。通过不断提高实验室的测量能力，使测量能力能够达到产品工程的技术要求。
工作职责：
1.根据工程规格验证供应商提供的材料并进行检测，确保质量、检验、记录方面符合ISO9000的要求。
2.参与供应商开发/前期准备的活动; 使用适当的测量方法发现并确定相关的问题。
3.通过直接使用实验室设备在规定期限内完成新产品项目交付
4.负责实验室的日常工作管理和运营，并对技术员进行指导和培训等；

岗位要求：

1.本科以上学历，电机工程，机械工程或相关专业学士学位资格;
2.熟悉ISO9000的知识标准;
3.有团队管理经验，良好的沟通、表达和分析能力，团队合作意识；
4.8-10年跨国公司实验室管理经验；
5.流利的英语沟通和表达能力，且熟练运用计算机软件 (MS Office, Visio, Auto-CAD, 以及 相关的工程软件);
