Position Responsibilities：

1. According to annual training plan, delivery induction training, product training, customer service training, sales training and basic store management training at South and West China.

2. According to operation different situation develop training material on operation function to help them achieve their sales target.

3. Process staff training following up, feedback, build up training record at South and West China.

4. Provide on-site coaching to domestic and franchise staffs and help them achieve company’s standard.

5. Delivery training material with training manager on e-commerce part

6. Assist training manager on daily work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Minimum 3 years experience in training function; familiar with operation process. FMCG , luxury industry background preferred

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Work with passion, good team spirit

5. Good command of English, in both spoken and written

6. Willing to travel
