职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead customer complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction; Prime for customer related issue, responsible for correctness of reports and effectiveness of internal corrective actions.
2. Customer Return Authorization (RMA) for all customers, and RMA final report assessment.
3. Lead customer on-site audit and visit, prime for internal preparation and after-audit CAR response in a timely manner.
4. Responsible for soliciting information required for customer questionnaire.
5. Periodic review with customer on key issues and progress through CQFT process; maintain good relationship with key customers.
6. Maintain site level RMA performance and release RMA monthly report / scorecard to management team.
7. Manage customer quality at Contract Manufacturer and drive Contract Manufacturer quality improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or above from an accredited college or university
2. More than eight years of related working experience in multinational manufacturing company in relevant industries with three years management experience
3. Good communication and presentation skill both in Chinese and English.
4. Ability to generate/ assess report on failure analysis, evaluation and quality issue
5. ISO 9000/ TL 9000 knowledge/ audit experience
6. Familiar with quality/ process control, problem solving, continuous improvement tools
7. Able to construct report on failure analysis, evaluation and quality issue.
8. Basic mathematics and statistics covered in college and university courses.
9. Abundant experience in applying statistic data analysis for problem solving, like DOE.
10. This position requires the ability to recognize and define problems, analyze data and facts, make inference or draw conclusions. Being able to relate cross functional impact and relationship of quality issues.
11. Office work is performed in a general air-conditioned office environment. Considerable amount of time in clean room to execute quality control plan. Traveling is required for visiting customer at times.
