Key responsibilities:

1. Definition, development and maintenance of test solution/strategy for new product introduction

2. Analysis requirements and define the detail the test flow

3. Design and develop the test software for product verification and manufacturing

4. Control the test cost during the product life cycle

5. Support engineering experiment and update the test software based on new requirement and new test method

6. Generate or update the existing document to compliant with the changes

7. Project Planning and Project Management

Requirements:

1. BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Optical Communication or similar discipline

2. At least 2 years in auto test area, experience in instruments interface (RS232, GPIB etc).

3. Working experience in an optical electronic environment.

4. Strong Object Oriented Design and Software Development skills using C#, with solid knowledge of data analysis and algorithms.

5. Outstanding debugging, troubleshooting and technical problem solving skills.

6. Ability to work and participate in a team with open and collaborative style of communications

7. Strong oral and written English
