Ability, Skill, Knowledge, Profession Required：

1.8+ years technical engagement and services delivery experience with MSFT CoreIO & APO product and solution;
2.with 5+ years Windows Server/Hyper-V virtualization/System Center/SQL BI deployment experience and 3+ Visual Studio development experience.
3.Familiar with Microsoft Private Cloud Computing solution, Windows Azure platform, System Advanced Management solution, SQL Data Warehousing and SQL BI solution architecture, design and deployment.
4.Rich experience with Windows Server/Hyper-V virtualization/System Center/SQL BI products/solutions consulting phase (especially large enterprises), like planning, POC, deployment, training etc.
5.Experience with MSFT xDPS, POC program (optional)
6.Sales experience gained at a technology company in a similar role, such as a technical engineer, pre-sales, consultant, etc.
7.Can lead technology decisions and facilitate and articulate alternatives and direction to MSFT Service and Business Management
8.Strong sales aptitude with the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the business value of a product or technology
9.Evaluate, design, and implement enterprise MSFT-based business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions
10.Experience in an environment where customer contacts and knowledge are leveraged to listen proactively for upsell/cross-sell opportunities
11.A resourceful problem-solver, leveraging internal and partner resources in assigned opportunities where and when needed to do what’s right for the customer
12.Completes tasks and sets priorities with limited supervision
13.Ability to present persuasively and effectively
14.Have strong client satisfaction awareness
