Responsibilities:
1. Manage the development, fulfillment and integration work of express service provider, freight forwarding and overseas warehouse projects support eBay CBT online B2C/C2C business growth and GMV uplift for APAC region
2. Design and develop eBay managed shipping and fulfillment center solution from APAC to major emerging market (eg. Russia)
3. Work on system integration between suppliers and eBay shipping platform, as well as operations integration with origin pickup vendor, EOR/IOR, forwarder, warehouse operator and last mile supplier to ensure end to end management
4. Manage structured roadmap and timeline of project execution, including design, pilot, launch, promote, ramp up
5. Organize RFI/RFP with qualified logistics service provider, fulfill supplier evaluation and selection
6. Coordinate, manage and monitor service performance of logistic suppliers to ensure achieving eBay SLAs and requirements, process and cost optimization, and operational excellence
7. Be responsible for supplier management and work out continuous improvement plan to make sure good customer experience.
8. Provide consultancy and analysis support on building up trade compliance system and CBT business impact as well
9. Fulfill implementation of relevant shipping solutions with internal cross-function and external suppliers to make sure achieving original business targets set up
10. Deliver shipping solutions by driving cross-culture teams (Asia, Russia, etc) to deliver robust CBT shipping solutions in multi-courier express, hybrid shipping initiatives and integrated forwarding and warehousing areas
11. Deal with operational emergencies and work with suppliers, sellers and internal functional departments to limit negative impact with eBay CBT business.

Requirements:
1. University/graduate or higher vocational level, preferably in an logistics related area
2. Degree holder in supply chain management/logistics with formal training in project management and at least 7-10 years’ experience in developing supply chain solutions/or projects implementation against aggressive implementation deadlines
3. Experienced in logistics industry, especially in Customs regulations, international express, freight forwarder, warehousing & inventory management, distribution, international trade & shipping practices
4. Experienced in supply chain or logistics project implementation and management
5. Experienced in developing and organizing professional business proposals RFQs through expert analysis of cost effectiveness, service level agreement, and sustainability with well-defined values proposition
6. Experienced in presentation of solutions
7. Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills with external suppliers and internal functions
8. Be able to work under pressure and travel frequently within APAC and emerging market
