给排水工程师

职责

1． 参与工业和学校项目并负责机械系统的的设计工作（给排水和消防）。例如：设计的依据和定义，概念设计，准备所需材料，技术规范，技术投标评估，深化设计中与设计院协调。

2．参与工业和学校项目并负责建筑工地的机械工作，解决设计和现场问题，监督承包商的进程，质量，评估承包商的索赔，协助试验和调试工作。

3．向业主阐述技术需求和要求标准，解决设备安装，在现场监督指导，管理业主生产设备的相关界区。如果业主需要，建议并协助生产设备的安装。

任职资格

1. 大学本科设备专业（给排水），良好的英语说写能力

2. 5年左右的机械系统设计和施工经验，必须具备游泳池设计和施工经验

3. 熟悉国内和国际规范和标准，同时熟悉设计软件

4. 良好的团队协作精神，有效的项目管理沟通能力

Plumbing Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. To participate in Industrial and school projects and be responsible for mechanical system (Air compressor and fire fighting) design work i.e., design basis and definition, conceptual design, material requisition preparation, technical specification, technical bid evaluation, and managing Design Institute for the detailed design.

2. To participate in Industrial and school projects and be responsible for mechanical work during site construction, to solve design and site problem, monitoring contractor’s progress and quality, review and evaluate contractor’s claims, to assist commissioning and testing.

3. To clarify technical requirements and requested standards with the Owner, to develop concepts for Mechanical installations, to supervise the implementation on site, to manage the relevant battery limit to the production equipment of the Owner and to advise and assist the Owner in the installation of production equipment (if requested)

Qualifications:

1. University graduate in Mechanical engineering, fair command of English both in speaking and writing

2. About 5 years experience in both Mechanical system design and construction, must have experience in swimming pool project design and construction.

3. Familiar with local and international codes and standards, as well as with design software

4. Ability to communicate effectively with project management and project team members.
