MISSION

In charge of treasury issues, ensure the safety and efficiency of treasury transaction in compliance with group and statutory policy; Provide assistance on accounting issues such as AR/AP and Tax.


Daily reimbursement
1 Proceed payment and reimbursement per request
2 In charge of payment requests receiving, checking and forwarding
3 Submit payment and reimbursement request to relevant management for approval
4 Help to feedback timely to local person in necessary

Foreign currency management
? Prepare foreign currency payment document
? Proceed payment and forward bank slip
? Issue official foreign exchange rate per month
? Monitor the fluctuation of exchange rate and alert the risks to manager in necessary

Treasure reporting
1 Issue cash management report and weekly cash forecast report
2 Issue daily cash-bank report
3 List weekly cash received
4 Issue weekly cash balance
5 Assist monthly closing, ensure the consistence of daily cash report with bank account
6 Accomplish other reports temporarily and ad hoc work

Assistances
1 Collect the exclusive VAT purchase invoices and upload them to Taxation Bureau for certification
2 Issue VAT sales invoice per ISYGO system invoice and validate purchase invoice in ISYGO

REQUIRED PROFILE

COMPETENCIES
? College Degree, major in Finance or Accounting;
? More than one year's accounting or finance, fresh graduate is welcomed
? Logistics field is preferred
? Certificate of accounting professional
? Team cooperation skills
? Good communication skills
? Strong work organization
KNOWLEDGE Foreign language :
？ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
Computing knowledge :
？ Expertise on MS office software
Other knowledge :
？ Familiar with U8 accounting system
？ Familiar with financial and accounting software tools and systems with mid level, especially Excel and U8
