职位描述
Responsibilities :
1. Ensure timely and accurate administration of payroll and personnel-related payments to employees and relevant government institution;
2. Ensure maintenance of accurate and complete employee records in line with relevant laws & regulations and best industry practices;
3. Establish, maintain and continuously improve human resource policies and documentation including Staff Handbook;
4. Administer hiring & firing process upon the approval of the Location Manager;
5. Establish, maintain and continuously improve staffing system including recruitment and selection;
6. Establish, maintain and continuously improve employee training and development system;
7. Assist Location Manager in establishing, maintaining and continuously improving fair and transparent performance management system including appraisal and reward;
8. Assist Location Manager and Functional Manageress in ensuring retention of high performing employees;
9. Assist Location Manager and Functional Managers in creating high-performance organizational culture;
10. Assist Location Manager and Functional Managers in ensuring effective internal communication within the Location;
11. Assist Location Manager in establishing the most optimal organizational structure;
12. Ensure all service requirements of the office including reception, office supplies, office safety, security, decoration and cleanliness are adequately fulfilled;
13. Ensure uninterrupted functioning of the IT infrastructure and timely and professional technical support;
14. Train and facilitate the development of HR & Admin Department staff;
15. Undertake any other duties assigned by Location Manager.
Competences and skills:
1. Bachelor degree holder or higher;
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and General Administration;
3. In-depth understanding of the Labour Law and its Implementing Measures and sufficient understanding of Commercial Law;
4. Able to motivate staff and create commitment;
5. Excellent command of English;
6. Integrity, proactive working attitude, service orientated mindset.

2. 根据相关法律法规和行业规范,确保员工的档案记录保存完整及准确;
3. 建立、保持和不断完善包括员工手册在内的人力资源方面的政策和文件;
4. 在总经理的批准下,管理员工的聘请和解雇流程;
5. 建立、保持和不断完善包括招聘和筛选流程在内的员工编制体系;
6. 建立、保持和不断完善员工的培训和发展体系;
7. 协作总经理建立、保持和不断完善包括绩效评估和奖励在内的公平、透明的绩效管理体系;
8. 协作总经理及各职能部门经理保持员工高效的工作表现;
9. 协作总经理及各部门经理建立高效的公司文化氛围;
10. 协作总经理及各部门经理确保内部沟通的有效性;
11. 协助总经理建立最优化的企业组织结构;
12. 确保各项行政工作达到要求,内容包括前台接待、办公室用品的供给、办公室的安全和保洁以及办公室的装点布置;
13. 确保公司内部IT设施运行流畅,提供及时专业的技术支持;
14. 培训本部门的员工,促进员工的发展;
15. 履行公司总经理分配的其他任务。
能力及技能:
1. 本科或以上学历;
2. 至少5年以上人事和行政管理经验;
3. 深入了解商业法、劳动法和其所颁发的措施;
