职位概述：

EMC技术员将负责管理和完成所有在斑马内部实验室的EMC测试。同时与研发工程师一起确定测试设置，运行测试和解决产品开发上的问题。负责完成正在生产的产品EMC品质检验与产品在整个生命周期的变化验证测试。


工作职责：

1. 建立EMC测试；
2. EMC测试设备操作；
3. 在EMC测试软件环境下执行测试；
4. 阅读并正确理解测试计划、程序和工作说明等；
5. 完成预先规定的EMC测试；
6.测试纪录与其他电子文件的维护；
7.测试结果的口头与书面沟通；
8. 测试计划维护；
9. 所有测试过程的记录归档，包括所有测试步骤的照相；
10. 完成所有测试结果的数据表；
11. 支援、分析并调查所有EMI问题；
12. EMI测试设备的校准或系统检查；
13. 维护EMI实验室所有测试设备的校准；
14. 具有团队工作来完成项目目标；
15. 如有需要，编写测试流程并建档；
16. 其他分配的任务。

岗位要求：

1. 电子工程技术学士, 并具有至少3-5年EMC测试的工作经验；
2. EMI接地和屏蔽的工作知识；
3. 熟悉操作测试接收器，频谱分析仪，放大器，天线，瞬态发生器，电流探头，示波器，射频耦合器，信号发生器，功率计和静电放电模拟器；
4. 良好的英语读写和听说能力；
5. 熟练使用电脑及微软办公软件；
6. 熟悉EN55022和EN60950标准。

Position overview:

EMC Technician will manage and/or perform all in house EMC testing utilizing
Zebra's internal EMC lab. The technician will also work with the development
engineers to define the test setups, run tests and troubleshoot issues that
arise during product development. The technician will be responsible to perform
ongoing production EMC performance audits and product change verification
testing throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
1. Set up EMC tests.
2. Operate EMC test equipment.
3. Program in the EMC test software environment.
4. Read and correctly interpret test plans, procedures, work instructions, etc.
5. Perform EMC testing within the prescribed schedules.
6. Maintain records and other supporting electronic documentation.
7. Communication of results in verbal and written media.
8. Maintain test schedules.
9. Documenting all testing including taking photographs of all test setups.
10. Development of data sheets for all testing completed.
11. Supporting, troubleshooting and investigation of any EMI out of spec conditions.
12. Performing calibrations/system checks on test equipment used for EMI
testing.
13. Maintaining calibration of all test equipment used by the EMI lab.
14. Work in a team environment to achieve program objectives.
15. Writes and Document Procedures as needed
16. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

? The qualified candidate must have a BSEET and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EMC testing.
? Working knowledge of grounding and shielding for control of EMI.
? Familiarity with test receivers, spectrum analyzers, amplifiers, antennas,
transient generators, current probes, o'scopes, RF couplers, signal generators,
power meters and ESD generators required.
? Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
? Proficiency with computers and experience with spreadsheet, word processing, and power point programs (MS OFFICE)
? Good knowledge desired in EN55022 and EN60950 standards
