职位描述：
1. 督导所有产品工程、质量工程师和部门经理工作的运作。
2. 跟进重要和紧急的项目，并确保高品质和准时发货。
3. 产品整个生命周期的项目管理。
4. 提供给客户和供应商技术支持。
5. 雇佣和培训高水准专业的工程师和工程师经理。
6. 重要PCB项目电路板的设计可制造新分析（DFM）。

职位要求：
1. 要求有机械工程、机电工程或化学工程MBA的背景

2. 8年以上PCB行业品质工程师或产品工程师工作经验。
3. 3年以上担任经理管理职位的经验。
4. 具备PCB装配经验更佳，包括测试和失效分析。
5. 具备出色地英语口语沟通能力和读写能力。
6. 具备六西格玛绿带或黑带级别更佳。
7. 领导过审计的工作经验更佳。
8. 熟练操作Microsoft办公软件。
9. 技能要求：DFM,DOE,FMEA,SPC,ISO9000,ISO14000,TS16949,CAM350或Genesis。
10. 必须能分析问题、收集数据、建立事实和有效总结，能诠释数学和图示中各种不同的技术说明，处理抽象的与具体的变量。
