职位描述：
1. 协调国内工厂，确保所有产品质量及准时交货。
2. 日常工作包括打样电路板制作分析，技术支持，解决问题及其它相关工作。
3. 及时专业地解决客户投拆。
4. 准备，引导及跟进客户审记，令客户满意。
5. 准备技术细节及进行价格回顾。
6. 整理保存技术文件和各种技术标准 。
7. 管理产品工程团队。
8. 规范和流线产品工程的工作程序并部署在日常操作。
9. 为整个部门及工程团队设定目标，监测、评价所有从业人员表现。

职位要求：
1. 大学本科或以上化学，机械及工业工程专业。
2. 具有8年产品工程师或在PCB生产行业经验 。
3. 具有PCB产品生产经验 。
4. 能独立完成工作 。
5. 流利的英语读写能力.
6. 工作积极主动，能接受有限度监督。
7. 沟通能力强 。
8. 愿意承担责任及能承受工作压力。
9. 具备至少一年PCB CAM经验 。
10. 具备管理产品工程团队能力。
11. 具备TS19749相关经验及知识。
12. 具备DOE及Six Sigma经验尤佳。
13. 自我驱动能力强。
14. 工作灵活注重细节。

Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate with China plant to ensure all our products produced in the plant have high quality at lower production cost and on time delivery.
The routine daily work includes printed circuit board Design for Manufacturability Analysis, technical support, work in process (WIP) status follow up and report, trouble shooting and problem solving but not limited to above.
Handle customer complains in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare, conduct and follow up customer audit to the customer satisfaction.
Prepare technical details or review for correct quotation.
Store and distribute technical documents, spec and standard in order and in secure order.
Manage product engineering team.
Standardize and streamline product engineering work procedure and deploy in routine operation.
Set goals for the entire department and all engineers and monitor and evaluate the performance of all subordinators.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering.
Have more than 8 years of Product Engineering /Technology experiences in PCB manufacturing industry.
Have hands on Experience in PCB Manufacturing productions.
Be able to work independently.
Professional in knowing IPC standard and understanding customer technical requirement in drawing, Gerber file, specification etc and solve any capability and manufacturability problems.
Fluent in written English and oral English.
Self motivated, can work under limited supervision.
Have good communication skills.
Willing to take responsibility and work under pressure.
With at least one year of PCB CAM experience.
Can manage a product engineering team.
Have knowledge and experience in TS16949.
Experience in DOE and Six Sigma is a plus.
Strong self-initiator.
