Position Responsibilities:

1. Supervise quality work in IQC, IPQC, QA ,RMA, CAR;
2. Handle customer's complaints and rejects and analyze the defect (plastic).
3. Work with suppliers in problem solving for quality issues, including customer complaints
4. Be the leader in making compliance to external audits including closing
5. Coordination and implementation of quality planning, first sample inspection, internal and external audits, customer management as well as continuous improvement of test sequences in the pre-production
6. Conduct periodic and internal evaluation through internal audits. audit to new and existing suppliers, in terms of quality system, process control and 5S management.
7. Prepare & coordinate customer audit & visit
8. Manage and coordinate the corrective/preventive actions in the
9. Be able to use the 2D projector and CMM for dimension measurement, be sure availability of appropriate equipment to perform measurement, inspection and test of products.
10. Maintain an equipment calibration, Gage R&R and verification system,
11. Co-ordinate and monitor supplier performance rating and drive for supplier continuous quality improvement.
12. Approve new suppliers or develop existing suppliers and sub contractors.
13. Assist the manager in Supplier Quality Management Operation
14. Comprehensively analyze technical specifications of customers, and hands-on implementation of follow-up measures
15. Manage first sample inspection and quality forecasting for clients and suppliers as well as all measures concerning quality requirements and quality costs
16. Manage claims in cooperation with all relevant parties (e.g. suppliers, production etc) and initiate all measures concerning content/deadline/costs meeting the quality requirements in the preproduction
17. Implement quality planning including all quality assurance measures for quality improvement, checking measures’ effectiveness, initiating corrections, writing quality check reports for clients and developing plans for incoming product quality control.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering. BS in computer engineering would be preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Engineering or Quality Management in Experienced in plastic part, preferable in tooling and plastic molding
3. Experience in quality control and familiar with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, 6-Sigma;
4. Have hands on experience.
5. Be able to work independently.
6. Capable of English communication, both spoken and written
7. Experience of working in ISO/Tool Design is a must.
8. Frequent travelling in the Guangdong, China, is required
9. Knowledgeable in DOE and other quality tools.
10. Proficient in MS Office Application
