Responsibility:
Be responsible for key account management and sales performance and promotion and logistics and service of product introduction, development, application and so on.
1、Developed and implemented the marketing strategies and sales targets for key account ( Haier, Hisense ).
2、Ensure to achieve sales targets and increasing marketing share.
3、Analyzing and forecasting LCD market for building up right sales strategy just in time.
4、Served as information conduit with key account, established and maintained partner relationship with key account.
5、Manage and coordinate the market & sales team to resolve customer concerns in a complete and satisfactory manner.
6、Provide the related information of LCD market and manage account sales, support the strategies and achieve targets of management and sales level.
Report directly to: North China sales VP
Requirements:
－Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering or Optical Electronics
－At least 5+ years working experience in LCD industry
－Be familiar with sales management and product introduction, development, application & marketing
－Be familiar with the status and developing of current LCD market, well known with LCD industry chain such as suppliers, customers and market, able to analyze、report and decide based on market
－Be affluent in managing department business and successfully operating experience
－Be affluent and successful in LCD sales and market 、managing engineering and project
－Excellent background of technical knowledge, accepted systematical LCD knowledge, abundant working and practicing experience
－Be familiar with the management and operation of business process in large company
－Be provided with good teamwork spirit and organizing 、cooperating ability
－Be provided with good self-managing and promoting capability , verdure power, stable volition，active enterprise
－Ability to quickly learn and utilize new methods, systems, and procedures
