Responsibilities:



Travel to factories to conduct production in-line and final inspections
Identify potential problem and make sound judgment and offer technical advice to factories
Write inspection reports with clear instruction/comment for factories to make corrective plan
Follow production status and foresee if any shipment delays
Consult Manager when problem arises in factories


Requirements:



Preferably College degree or above in garment or textile
Strong technical skills in sewing and pattern making
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in garment factory quality control with preferably experience in children wear
Good understanding of AQL principle and application
Good knowledge in factory/production flow and process
Effective spoken and written English skill
Must be a team player and willing to work hard
