Job Duties:



1. Assist and coordinate the proprietor in developing and implementing safety management system of the Company to ensure the compliance of the company’s safety standards and procedures;



2. Assist in establishing a safety committee and implementing its recommendations;



3. Align, develop and Implement the EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) program to the law, local regulation, international standard (OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001), Company policy, Customer requirement and working situation requirements;



4. Conduct Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment, evaluation of potential hazards and the identification of hazardous conditions and hazardous exposure;

6. Prepare, control and update MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet);



7. Promote safety and health awareness to employees;



8. Knowledgeable in government relating to OSH legislation.



Job Requirement:



1. Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering /Safety Engineering or related.机械以及安全工程类相关专业毕业，大专以上学历。



2. Minimum 5 years of experience in safety, within 2 years as managerial role in foreign invested manufacturing company.5年以上安全管理工作，2年以上外资生产型企业安全管理工作经验。



3. Be familiar with Chinese safety standards and regulations.熟悉中国安全标准及细则。



4. Experience in laboratory operations, machinery industry & experience in middle or large size organization preferred.有机械生产企业工作经验，大中型生产企业工作经验优先。



5. Strong logical thinking and analytic ability, demonstrated ability in solving problems.有较强的逻辑思维和解决能力，具有独立解决问题的能力。



6. Good communication and influencing skill, being able to work and deal with people at different levels, good conflict management.良好的沟通能力，能与公司各类员工沟通，具有解决矛盾冲突的能力。



7. Good English skill in reading and writing. Oral English preferred.良好的英语读写能力，口语良好者优先



8. Having the knowledge about OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 is preferred.熟悉OHSAS 18001和ISO 14001标准优先



9. Certified Safety Engineer is preferable. 持有国家注册安全工程师证书优先

公司福利：
上班时间：
公司上班实行弹性上下班制, 每周工作5天,每天8小时, 上班时间: 8:30~9:00, 下班时间: 17:30~18:00

工资：
每年会根据绩效对员工进行1次的调薪；公司全额支付14%住房公积金

休假制度:
1、 病假
2、 婚假：在公司任职期间结婚的人员，晚婚凭结婚证可享受13天的婚假（含公休日）
3、 在公司任职期间生育的员工，按照国家规定享受产假（不少于90天），男性员工可享受10天的陪产假
4、 节日长假： 春节、五一、国庆、元旦等均按国家政策要求进行放假。
5、 年假：工作满一年，可享受11天的带薪年假（不含公休日）
