Position: Personal Assistant
Report to: General Manager Sales South China
Working Location: Shenzhen
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibility
1. Purpose / General Responsibilities:
To work closely with General Manager Sales to provide administrative support and help General Manager Sales to make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks; to manage the administrative tasks that are required to ensure the smooth operation.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
A. Daily updates General Manager Sales ' business schedule
B. Coordinate meeting & arrange venue, related document accordingly, taking minutes and dictation and distribute to participants in a timely manner according to requirements
C. Arrange itinerary of business trip for General Manager Sales and oversea visitors including booking flight, hotel accommodation, arranging pick-up and drop-off
D. Business related document/presentation/reporting preparation & consolidation
E. Coordination and liaison internal and external departments
F. Previewing and checking documents which are for General Manager Sales ' approval, such as signing documents and direct reports' expense reports
G. Assistant General Manager Sales to follow up and develop key accounts
H. Perform other related duties as required
Qualification Specification:
1. University graduate
2. Basic knowledge of Logistics industry is must
3. Preferably experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or other related position in international company,.
4. Excellent computer skills in office software especially good at making presentations and data analysis.
5. Excellent ability of communication, inter-personal and organization, can work under pressure;
6. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
7. Service-minded, active and self-motivated, attention to details-
8. Honest and trustworthy, with a strong sense of loyalty and responsible.
