Quality Inspector 质量检验员

Responsibilities:
Quality Inspectors are responsible to evaluate if the products that are achieving quality criteria defined by Kidkraft and Clients.

1. Understand related client requirement along with the standard of the product which are exported into the country and/or region.

2. Perform inspection & testing on parts, components and final products to verify if they meet the safety, functional and aesthetic requirement.

3. Issue accurate inspection report to related parties in time.

4. Work with internal team to smooth product design and sample preparation process if necessary.

5. Monitor production process to minimize shipment delay and quality issue if necessary.

6. Work with related colleagues to investigate the cause & impact of product quality in case of negative issues (inspection or test failure, and/or customer complaint) and assist to work out contingent and improving plan.

7. Follow up Corrective and Preventive Plan with factory and keep related colleague in post of the progress.

8. Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

职责 ：

质量检验员负责评估产品是否满足公司及客户的质量标准。

1. 理解客户要求及入口国家或地区标准；

2. 对零部件、成品进行检验及测试以核实是否满足安全、功能和外观要求;

3. 准确地及时出具检验报告给相关部门；

4. 若有必要,与其他同事一起顺利完成产品设计或样品准备；

5. 若有必要,监督生产工序以减少出货延迟或质量异常；

6. 与相关同事一起研究质量不良（测试检验结果失败，和/或客户投诉）的原因和影响，协助制定应急和改进计划；

7. 跟进工厂的《改善和预防计划》并通知相关同事进度；

8. 执行上级分配的其他工作。

Requirements:

1. Technical school or above, major in engineering or trading

2. More than 2 years working experience in quality control or production management in toys or furniture, with basic knowledge in process control.

3. Adequate English ability, especially in reading material and writing reports

4. With basic computer operating skill in Word, Excel and Outlook

5. Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally

6. Candidate with sound ability will be considered as senior inspector.

要求：

1. 中专或以上，工科或贸易类专业毕业;

2. 至少2年玩具或家具方面的质量控制或生产管理经验;对产品过程控制有基本的认识；

3. 足够的英文水平，尤其是阅读资料和书写报告;

4. 能运用 Word, Excel和Outlook等软件进行基本的文书处理;

5. 良好的内部和外部沟通能力；

具有良好能力的候选人能被考虑任命为高级检验员。
