Job Description:
The Account Manager will take full responsibilities build and maintain client relationships, and to expand business horizons through tactical execution, mid and long term planning. This is an executive level position where proven strong leadership ability, problem solving skills, communication skills, P&L responsibilities and client expectation management experiences are to be demonstrated.
Executive level working experiences in similar positions with well recognized organizations are required. Deep understanding of global sourcing process, fundamental comprehension of SDLC, CMMI and quality framework are required to be successful in this position. Successful track records with global sourcing and consulting companies is big plus.
Responsibilities:
1/Ultimately responsible for performance of assigned accounts including revenue, margin, growth, client relationships, and jointly responsible for delivery related matters.
2/Develop, maintain and expand relationships in clients' organizations to solidify competitive positions
3/Collaborate with client and delivery team to develop tactical execution plan, drive mid to long term account growth strategy and implementation plan accordingly to drive the execution and growth
4/Monthly and periodical forecasting to keep management informed of the strategies, directions and anticipated results
5/Manage and facilitate the monthly performance review process through structured reporting and governance dynamics like dashboards and varies reports
6/Work closely with portfolio executive to draft and negotiate contractual terms, renewal strategies and rate adjustment; clearly understand contractual obligations, requirements and expectations to drive compliance
7/Handle monthly billing reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness
8/Collaborate with onsite management teams to deal with operational issues and to negotiate project constraints and manage stakeholders' expectations
9/Be able to understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses and effectively articulate company's competitive advantage, and be able to develop and execute account management plan to gain market shares
10/Manage multiple, and often conflicting priorities. Make judgmental decisions under difficult situations
11/Develop and implement solid communication framework, operational procedures for all account management related matters including cross departmental collaborations; actively looking for opportunities to increase the effectiveness and productivities of the account teams
12/Work closely with the management teams to proactively identify issues and risks, monitor progressive status, resolve issues and mitigate risks
Qualifications:
Required:
1/10+ years of working experiences in the IT area with increasing responsibilities at executive level with well recognized global organizations
2/At least 5 years of experience in account manager positions, with portfolio size greater than USD $5M
3/Experienced in managing large IT services contract and account relationships with solid skills in forecasting, financial modeling and P&L analysis
4/Independent and result focused in a fast paced environment, get the job done
5/Self motivated, strong initiative taking to enhance the operational efficiency within own engagement and cross functional areas
6/Strong communication skills - verbal and written in both English and Chinese; exceptional relationship building skills and inter-personal skills
7/Must be able to handle executive level contacts, and also IT management and Vendor management contacts.
8/Strong critical thinking ability, as well as excellent analytical and problem solving skills
9/Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or engineering.

1/Full cycle of sales support, i.e. sales calls, presentation, proposal development
2/Extensive track records in global IT Outsourcing industry
3/Financial services industrial knowledge
4/Cantonese skills
5/Master degree in relevant disciplines
