职位描述
1，中专以上学历，电子技术、机电一体化、自动化（偏电子类)等电子工程技术类相关专业毕业；
2，愿意从车间相关的生产、技术基层岗位锻炼积累，并有意从事电子生产工程技术、电子电路设计、品质技术、生产测试技术或工装制作，仪器、设备维护，以及基层生产管理等方向发展自己的应届毕业生、或有二年以内正规OEM/ODM电子工厂相关岗位工作经验者优先；
3，身体健康，性格开朗，善于情感表达及与人沟通，做事踏实，为人正直； 二、职责 主要是协助相关工程师开展生产工作，或现场带技术性的具体操作工作(视具体能力及实际发展需要而定)。
4. 熟悉电子厂SMT,插件，测试和组装工艺流程。
5. 熟悉电子物料。
