Account Manager
工作职责:
产品说明:人力资源线上测试评估系统——该测试能评估应聘者的相关能力和职位适宜度。
-文件管理:
1)管理客户测试账号;
2)管理客户测试档案、资料并予以保密;
3)协助优化及完善测试部门工作手册及流程以满足公司业务需求。
-客户支持:
1) 负责售前/售后产品在线支持,提供专业服务并为客户解决疑难问题;
2) 熟练操作公司产品并对合作客户进行产品培训;
3) 负责后期整理客户的测试报告及相关数据,发送正式报告,并为客户详细解说该报告;
-海外产品供应商支持:
1)以专业姿态维护与海外产品供应商的合作关系,保证该产品的稳定性能;
2)海外供应商升级产品性能时,给予优先及时的支持及协助,例如调试产品等;
-其他:
1)辅助市场部优化及完善产品的体验平台;
2)其他上级交代的相关工作。
任职资格要求
1.大专学历以上
2.有猎头经验或者hr相关经验者优先
3.流利的英文口语以及书写
