职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Supporting the new Porsche Centres within all fields of Sales and Marketing during the Start-up phase
-On-site consulting to ensure that all staff apply the appropriate procedures and the correct attitude to customers, brand,products, staff, external partners, compliance and security
-Implementation of basic Sales and Marketing processes and ensure their sustainability
-Realising an optimal integration of all designed processes in existing guidelines and standards for the long term
-Exposing and rectifying Porsche Centre weaknesses by putting an individual activity plan into practice
-Efficient improving and utilization of incorrectly implemented processes
-Diagnosis of general needs in all fields of the Sales and Marketing Departments
-Designing general tools for the On-site teams to improve procedures and enhance efficiency
-Supporting in-house and standard procedures for common issues,to enhance internal progress and efficiency
-Continuous detailed internal reports and close cooperation with all corresponding departments especially Regional Management
Requirements:
-Degree and extensive experience in Business Administration
-Minimum working experience of 3 to 4 years in Sales & Marketing on retail level
-Detailed knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business
-Basic technical understanding
-Good MS Office skills
-Excellent English language skills
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
-Willingness to travel
