职位描述
General Description:
To deliver technical and training programmes at basic and advanced levels according to the Porsche China Training strategy and Porsche Centre network requirements. In the region of 100 - 120 delivery days per year will be expected. Furthermore, general housekeeping and preparation for course delivery days will be required.
Alongside this, involvement in course development and regular updating of maintenance of training programmes will be necessary. This will include marketisation of materials from Porsche AG and development of materials to fit the specific need of the PCN market.
Supporting other projects as required by the PCN Business Development Dept. This will include the PCN Apprentice Programme as well as internal and external events and projects.
Regular attendance at the Porsche AG 'Train the Trainer' Seminars and Product Updates is expected, requiring some travel. Travel around China to support in-centre programmes will also be required periodically. Continous self study and investigation is also expected, in order to keep technical and product knowledge at the highest levels.
Responsibilities:
-Training Delivery: Classroom/workshop face-to-face delivery of technical programmes; Support on training events as required; Administration of pre/post course documentation and feedback; Administration of training materials; Preparation of resources/facilities/materials for training delivery; Organization and general housekeeping of training resources and facilities
-Course Development: Development of new training courses and materials based on product developments, systems and requirements for the China market; Develop existing courses and materials to include updates as required; Develop new and existing materials to include training techniques and best practices as required for the China Market
-Knowledge update: Regular knowledge development using available training and product materials; Regular product and technology investigation to enhance course development and delivery skills; Attendance at TTS as required
-Project Work: Supporting projects core to the PCN Strategy such as work with PCN Apprentice Programmes as required
-Other Tasks: Act on Business Development related issues as required
Requirements:
-At least 5 years experience in relevant automotive field.
-Formal academic/professional qualification in a relevant automotive field.
-Profound knowledge of current automotive technologies.
-Chinese/English are vital and German and/or Cantonese would be highly desirable.
-Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes and general desktop publishing/picture editing tools
-Previous experience in training/educational roles.
-Experience in course authoring and development using modern learning techniques
-2-3 years training experience within as similar role with a comparable manufacturer is highly desirable.
-Flexibility and adaptability in all areas of work.
-Ability to work at all levels of business.
-Demonstration of passion for the industry
