A39-After Sales System Specialist
Brief general description
- Day-to-day administration, operation and maintenance of the all factory AS systems, excluding IT (hardware) structure i.e. ensuring and maintaining full operation.
- Support dealer network in all available AS PAG systems
- Knowledge / experience transfer from PAG to dealer network
- Introducing and implementing new systems and processes - preparation, training, rollout, check, post activities, maintenance
- Providing training, consultation and technical support to the system users
- Set-up and monitor AS related C@P campaigns
- Investigation on car-park, gray car analysis
Responsibilities:
- Anti Theft Protection user administration of dealer network users, collecting feedback on the system from the dealer network (e.g. translation, printing, layout quality, content), coordination to PAG via iTSM and PRMS supporting tools
- Contracts (in cooperation with Finance and Legal departments), monitoring and initialization of the invoicing (licences) process, tester distribution to the dealer network, replacements, new tester introduction, coordination with PAG, managing PIWIS support process (with IT, AS Technical department and PAG), tester stock management (together with Parts department)
- PQIS, WWS, PRMS user administration of dealer network users, coordination with PAG
- PPN Editor user administration in PCN AS, support to team editors, coordination with PAG and other PCN's departments administrators, final release of PPN content. Develop and monitor general communication strategy and layout rules in cooperation with Team Manager and "PPN business owner"
- Basic maintenance, user administration, support to the AS department, further development of the system, monitoring and steering external partner (ICLP)
- System related support to dealer network during / after system introduction, user administration
- C@P support to PCN AS departments (Technical, AS Market Development), coordination and support user administration, cooperation with external partner (ICLP), PAG, and other PCN departments; Create reports, VIN lists, data analysis (grey cars, recall campaigns, car park)
- Coordinate translation and production of customer literature, coordination with PCN sales and marketing departments, translators, coordination with PAG, external partner (STAR and NYK)
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Management or Engineering
- 2-5 years on same or similar tasks
- Experience with different IT systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- English written and spoken knowledge
