S29-Senior Sales Planning Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Execute Dealer Rundown within the DP-Process (Monthly Forecasting of the Dealer Retail and necessary Production Demand).
- Support and Guide the Allocation within the QC rounds (together with Retail business-management and Sales Coordination)
- Definition and setting of sales targets towards the dealerships. Target adjustment if necessary. Yearly and half-yearly together with Retail business management)
- Support Porsche-own retail centers in their main planning tasks and align their forecasts with the national level
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in business management, business administration or the equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Planning field of automotive sector. Premium is a plus. Alternatively 2-3 years of experience in Consulting.
- Successful experience in project management independently
- Process cultural and political awareness and sensitivity, be able to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgments and behave proactively on duties
- Be flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics and be consistent and fair in standards of conduct
- Experience in a fast growing business environment is a plus
- Good Presentation skills and excellent communication skills in English. Chinese and/or German are a plus.
