职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Project Management including the phases of Planning, Layout and Set up of new retail facilities according to Porsche CI.
- It includes visits on site, checking urban parameters, verification of documentation and help Investors Selection team, Direct contract and negotiation with Investors and GM's.
- Coordination and Negotiation with design institutes, construction suppliers and vendors.
- Search, contact, select, and follow up performance for different suppliers according to CI Standards, or implementation of new solutions in Dealer Network.
- Concept Design, Basic Design and Detailed Design is developed in this phase in collaboration with third parties.
- Project Management and implementation of Porsche China owned building projects.
- Confirmation of CI during all construction processes.
- Collaboration with nominated PM Companies and Dealers during the setup up.
- Establishment, enhancement and implementation of Porsche Dealer Standards / Dealer Quality Monitoring (e.g. Mystery Shopping, Audit support).
- Yearly planning of targets and Business Plans for Dealers Network, and coordination with RM and PCN departments.
- Support Dealer Network with specific measures and tools, especially in dealer start up phase.
- Implementation of all PCN Standards using CI Architecture and local suppliers approved by PCN.


Responsibilities:

- Bachelor or Master in Architecture or/and Diploma or Master in Economics, Business and Administration or/and Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position
- Automotive and/or luxury industry background is beneficial
- Excellent English / Good communication skills
- Project Management Skills
- Chinese is an important plus / German is beneficial but not required
- Strong managing skills with high personal standards / Confident, positive, self-motivated
