Responsibilities
1.Manages service exceptions (coordinates/communicates/reports);
2.Translates business demand in service orderings and ordering of contracted services;
3.Monitors and evaluates the quality of the delivered services by the service providers. In case of deviations, manages and monitors the improvements to get in line again with the contracted service levels;
4. Responsibility for continuous improvement of working process within GEMS but also between GEMS and the service providers;
5.Manages approved changes in the operational services. Communicates and coordinates between customers and suppliers;
6.Management of escalation: chases service providers for solving the incidents and problems, coordinates between service providers when needed, arranges temporary workarounds when possible, minimizes the consequences for customers, communicates and reports;
6.Sees to it that guidelines, policies and baselines are known and are followed by our customers, GEMS internally as well as by service providers;
7.Consults and advices our internal customers;
8.Performs quality check on the change preparation result;
9.Formal review & sign-off;
10.Proposes potential improvements;
11.Responsible for the periodical service delivery review;
12.Contributes to improvement impact assessment and business case;
13.If deviations are found within the service by the security management process the service delivery manager is responsible for addressing the incident (with support of security team);
14.Executes availability assessment: availability release test during service transition;
15.Responsible for ensuring the delivery of service from a Supplier towards Corporate ICT and/or from Corporate ICT to supported Users.

Requirements:
1.BA degree
2.3+ years experience in an Integrated IT infrastructure environement
3.MNC work experience in MNC or abroad experience
4. work in or with a Service management team
5.Strong communication skill when leading and influencing a matrix team
6. Experience as an SDM or at least service coordinator;
7. Willing to learn.
