Location:Shenzhen,Shanghai

According to actuarial principles, regulatory guidelines and market needs, manage pricing analysis and development of new products for all assigned distribution channels with competitive & sales compensation to maximize revenues thru new products sales, recommend risk mitigation arrangement to protect the company from financial risks and to develop junior staff supporting future business growth.

Responsibilities:
1.Manage product pricing, profit testing and financial impact analysis, including CIRC filing
2.Manage product Implementation and maintenance
3.Manage product related regulatory request fulfillment
4.Monitor market and product performance
5.Sales compensation analysis
6.People development
7.Maintain a good relationship with reinsurers, insurance service vendors and CIRC

Requirements:
1.Bachelor (Major in Actuarial Science, Statistics or Applied Maths)
2.At least 3 years experience in life, accident & health insurance industry, pricing & product development experience is a big plus
3.Closed to ASA of SOA, CAA or any other international recognized actuarial association
4.Proficiency in Excel, Access and practical knowledge in actuarial software (e.g. VBA Programming/Prophet/CIRC product related rules/guidelines)
5.Proficiency in both Chinese and English in both oral and writing
6.Analytical minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills
