KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

关键职责：

- Set up and update in time the calibration instrument list.

建立并更新校准仪表清单。

- Create yearly calibration plan and implement the calibration to ensure the instruments are within valid period.

建立年度校准计划并按时进行校准，确保所有仪表在有效期内。

- Review and archive the calibration report properly.

检查并保管校准报告。

- Set up maintenance SOPs and carry out regular maintenance of dedicated equipments.

为指定的设备建立维护保养SOP，并执行定期的维护保养；

- Participate in the qualification / validation / calibration of process equipments / instruments as required;

按要求参与设备/仪表的确认/验证/校准；

- Propose spare parts for responsible equipments.

提出所负责的设备的备件购买建议；

- Keep working place and plant tidy and clean.

保持工作岗位和设备整齐、整洁；

- Train substitute to master relevant skill on his working position;

培训其替代人，使其掌握其工作岗位的相关技能；

- The other tasks by request.

完成安排的其他工作。

REQUIREMENTS:

- University graduate or above, automation, electric or instruments related major;
大专或以上学历，自控、电气或仪表相关专业；
- Have sufficient electric automation knowledge, with experience on Siemens PLC programming, and with instrument calibration experience.
具有丰富的电气自动化控制知识，有西门子PLC编程经验和仪表校准经验。
- At least 2 years related experience;
具有二年或以上相关工作经验；
- With computer knowledge. Be familiar with office software and CAD;
具有计算机知识，熟悉操作办公软件和CAD制图软件；
- With GMP and to be able to speak, read and write English.
具有GMP知识，英语具有说、读、写能力。
- Be on call and standby after normal working hours. Be willing to live in dormitory or house near the factory during normal working days.
正常工作时间外需要保持手机开通待命。可以住在工厂宿舍或接近工厂的地方。

- This position needs to be shifts work.

此职位需要轮班工作。
