？ 能够判断客户的需要，建议满足客户需求的花艺产品

？ 能够和客户沟通赛思田SEBASTIEN的花艺理念、价值、风格、以及各种产品线、价格等信息

？ 能够配合销售经理和花艺师，确保所有的客户都享受到优质的服务

？ 具有良好的沟通技巧，建立和维护客户和员工的关系

？ 喜欢成为团队的一分子

？ 普通话流利，优秀的书面和口头表达能力。会英文为佳，但非必要

工作职责：

• 负责公司花艺方面的销售工作
• 其他与销售方面相关的工作

Requirements:

? Sales and customer service experience is preferred

? Sharp floral sense, interested in floral design

? Ability to provide polite and attentive customer service, including introduction of floricultural products, types and services etc.

? Ability to judge customers’ needs, and recommend the appropriate floral products to them.

? Ability to communicate with customers on the floral concept, the value, style of Sebastien as well as a variety of product lines, prices and other information.

?Be able to work with the sales manager and florists, to ensure that all customers could enjoy the high quality service

? Possess good communication skills, build up and maintain the relationship between the customers and the staffs

? Team player

? Fluent in Mandarin, excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is preferred, but not necessary
