岗位职责：
1. 负责区域内设备的维修以及保养；
Responsible for electricity maintenance and scheduled maintenance of equipment within the region
2. 负责编制年度设备检修计划，并组织实施、落实检修计划；
Responsible for formation of annual maintenance plan, organize implementation of maintenance plan
3. 建立健全设备管理制度，做好固定资产及设备技术资料的整理、归档工作；
Establish equipment management system, organize and file well fixed asset and equipment technical documents
4. 组织处理设备事故和故障，组织并参加设备事故和故障分析，提出处理意见。；
Organize treatment of equipment accident and failure, organize and take part in analysis of equipment accident and failure and put forward handling suggestion
5. 参与系统的维护、改进、升级，使其高效运行；
Take part in maintenance, improvement, updating of system to make it move more efficiently
6. 和维修工团队配合, 从而保障工厂外围及生产系统设备的正常运行;
Cooperate with team to ensure periphery and production system equipment move smoothly
7. 完成上级安排的其他工作;
Finish other work assigned by superior

岗位要求：

1. 3年以上本专业工作经验，中级以上职称；
3 years or above experience of this major, intermediate professional title or above
2. 有机械、低压电气、空调及制冷系统维修经验，动手能力强;
Has maintenance experience of machine, low-voltage electric appliance, air-conditioner, refrigerating system, strong practical ability
3. 熟悉制冷压机机构及安装使用技术以及制冷工艺及制冷配件选型；
Familiar with refrigeration compressor structure and the installation and use of technology, refrigeration technology and refrigeration fittings type
4. 熟悉压缩空气,污水,通风及热水系统的原理,设备及应用；
Familiar with theory , application and equipment of compressed air, ventilation and hot-water system
5. 具有一定的项目管理知识基础和实践经验，具备良好的计划、沟通、组织协调能力；
Has basic knowledge of project management and practical experience, has good ability to plan, communicate, organize and coordinate
6. 了解制冷,动力或环保相关方面的法律法规;
Know laws and regulations about refrigeration, dynamic or environmental protection
7. 具有敬业精神，身体健康，工作责任心强，能承受工作压力，适应出差，具有团队意识，具有一定的英语水平，熟练掌握计算机与办公软件的操作技能；
Has professional spirit, good health, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, adapt to travel has sense of teamwork, has some basic English knowledge, familiar with computer and office software
8. 有能源管理服务、节能、环保、能源审计、检测等相关工作经验者优先
Experience of energy management, energy conservation, environmental protection, energy audit and detection is preferred
