Responsibilities:
- Manage Shanghai ABB Robotics Training Center.
- Manage robot training operation and training personnel.
- Improve training process, both internal training and external training.
- Develop training products.
- Create and optimize training approach, for example: on-line training.
- Manage training facilities.
- Drive marketing activities.
- Achieve external training target in term of value and margin.
- Perform other relative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ training management experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and writing.
- Good interpersonal communication & presentation skill.
- Proactive, aggressive and initiative.
- Customer orientated.
