Responsibility/职责:

- Handle all inquiries on software, hardware and network operations

- Maintain and implement IT equipments

- Routine system and network maintenance

- Respond to users and diagnose problems

- Perform problem research, recognition and resolution

- Log calls, diagnose problems and provide timely feedback

- Perform system and product testing and documentation

- 负责协助组建、调试、维护公司广域/局域网

- 负责安装和维护公司计算机、服务器系统软件和应用软件

- 为其他部门及访客的软硬件提供技术支持

- 负责维护服务器的数据，对系统数据进行备份

- 负责协助维护和监控公司局域网，保证其正常运行

- 负责维护公司的电话系统

- 负责预防公司网络可能出现的故障

- 负责联络服务供应商采购、维修及追踪服务

- 负责采购公司的电子相关的办公设备

Requirement /要求：

- Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred

- At least 2 years experience in system administration with POS system / ERP system and Finance system

- Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization

- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information

- Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently

- Able to communicate technical information to non-technical clients

- Basic command of spoken and written English

- 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业

- 2 年以上POS系统/ERP系统/财务系统维护相关工作经验

- 有效沟通及解决问题的能力

- 能够对于敏感客户及内部数据保密

- 强大的技术能力，能研究并独立解决复杂问题

- 良好的团队协作和学习能力，基本的英文读写能力
