市场分析能力（具销售或市场背景者佳）
良好的书面及口头表达能力
熟练的电脑操作技能：MS Word, Excel 及 PowerPoint
普通话和英语流利，懂法语者优先
对奢侈品和高端品牌有浓厚的兴趣
2-3年酒店、活动经验； 有销售经验优先


工作职责：
在上海总部帮助下制定公司短期及长期的业务发展目标及行动计划
预测上海未来人力资源需求及财务预算
维护现有客户（联系潜在客户，向客户介绍公司业务并管理现有客户）
推动公司文化
负责上海地区业务盈亏
管理上海团队
监督并管理团队培训及其职业发展
根据需要监督销售团队
直接向上海市场总监汇报


Requirements:


Must possess excellent leadership, organization, presentation and negotiation skills
Analytical skills (sales & marketing or finance background required)
Excellent written and oral communication
Proficient in IT: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English, Chinese, French would be a plus
Interest in luxury
Minimum experience : 2-3 years working experience with hotel, event wine sales experience a plus


The main tasks are:


Mapping out short-term and long-term goals and developing an action plan to expand the business with the help of the Shanghai Headquarters.
Forecasting the Shanghai future human resource and financial needs
Dealing with clients (contacting prospective clients and pitching the company's services to them, as well as managing existing clients)
Promoting company culture
Responsible of the Profit & loss of the Shanghai Region.
Manage all the staffs of the Shanghai Region
Overseeing and managing the training and development of staff
Overseeing the sales team if needed
Reporting directly to Director of Marketing
