Position Description: The Marketing Executive works under the Marketing Director and alongside the Sr. Events/PR Executive. He/she will be expected to develop various elements essential for the 'growth' of Urbanatomy Media. The Marketing Executive is responsible for compiling the database, subscription and distribution lists, social media, planning and research to help develop the marketing strategies of the company, events and all other duties assigned by the director. He/she usually has to carry out several tasks to facilitate campaign drives for the company. He/she plays an important role in supporting the Marketing Department.

Essential job duties:

· Good project management skills

· Sound knowledge of marketing principles

· Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and ability of applying them to marketing principles

· Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently

· Conversant with report writing, business procedures and correspondence

· Ability to establish good relations with all levels of employees

· First-class copyright skills and ability to use various technical aspects of the marketing theory for a wide range of customers

· Strong knowledge of products in the market and company products, along with knowledge of consumers

· Time management, fixing priorities, organizing skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance

· Statistical knowledge for analyzing systems and data for suggesting quick solutions for the problems

· Effective presentation of information and strong spoken language skills for responding to questions from managers, clients and the general public

· Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

· All other duties upon request

Qualifications:

· Fluent in English and Chinese

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

· Microsoft Office Skills

· Event management skills/Friendly, people-person

· Design skills a plus
