Position: China Operations Coordinator
Reports to: China Operations Manager

Case-Mate is seeking a China Operations Coordinator to manage the daily activities of operations in China. Currently 100% of our products export to global destinations by air.

Responsibilities Include:

- Manage warehouse and logistic flow in China.
- Oversee production of 3PL kitting assembly and approve in our 3PL warehouses.
- Build and communicate daily production schedules in 3PL
- Enter daily transactions in ERP (Item receipts, work orders, assembly builds, fulfillments, transfer orders, etc.)
- Partner closely with buyers and purchasing team to optimize product logistic flow
- Other China logistics projects and responsibilities as needed

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of China logistics experience and familiar with import & export procedures
- Consumer products & air freight experience preferred
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Energetic, highly self-motivated and able to work efficiently and productively in a rapidly-changing environment
- Must speak and write English fluently
