• Proficiently apply engineering expertise across multiple technologies and/or disciplines. Be able to design the proper mechanism in the time manner.
• Successfully complete projects and provide guidance to others in the technical organization.
• Participate in/lead Formal Product, cost estimate and/or Process Design Reviews.
• Provide technical contributions to projects, manufacture and/or technical teams.
• Provide engineering support for PRN/ECP processing that requires additional technical analysis.
• Demostrated record of personal and professional growth such as enrollement in continuning education, licensing, degree, or certificate programs.

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with relevant work experience.
• Advanced degree in engineering prefered.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in design engineering role, 2 to 3 yesrs in manufacture engineering.
• Proven and demostrated project management skill and team leadership skills, experience with project communication in English.
• Knowledge of quality standard.
• Be able to speak English and Chinese.
