· Communicate with crews on board, ensure operation is smoothly performed.

· Assist Oil Sludge Documentation Assistant to monitor the Oil Sludge Disposal Requests sent to GCABRGSLGOPS address.

· Respond to the sludge landing request in a quick manner. Coordinate with subcontractor to make sure the sludge landing operation is planned and arranged well ahead.

· Report any non-compliance of either subcontractor as well as customers.

· Ensure all Oil Sludge Disposal operation staff report duty punctually.

· Monitor subcontractor's operation, strictly following Standard Operation Procedure.

· Prepare tools and documents before the operation.

· Assure PPE's are correctly used by subordinates & other safety equipments are used where- & when-ever necessary. Precautions are taken whenever necessary to avoid damage to personnel, the customer's or the company's property.

· Supervise the the operation of subcontractors, and make sure "No Cash" policy is strictly adhere to.

· Travel to other Oil Sludge Disposal locations other than Shenzhen, to supervise the performance of subcontractors.

· Be a role model.

· Bachelor degree holder; fresh graduate can be considered

· Good Command of both written and Spoken English

· Willing to travel and work on night shift if required
