To cope with our business requirements, our Shenzhen office is seeking a professional of high caliber to fill the following position:

IT Assistant

Reporting to IT Deputy Manager, the incumbent will be based in Shenzhen and will be required to frequently travel to Hong Kong.

Position Purpose:

？ Act as a LAN/System Administrator to ensure system security.

？ Provide IT support for various users.

？ Maintain the IT systems so as to provide an effective, efficient and secure system environment for the smooth operation of all departments.

？ Feedback hardware, software and system related problems to supervisor.

？ Ensure all IT practices and policies are unique and parallel within the group.

Major Responsibility:

· Install software and hardware which includes PC’S, printers, all the peripheral, etc.

· Communicate with users and Group IT to solve and computer/system problems.

· Perform routine system operation such as backup and recovery.

· Ensure that all systems and procedures comply with Group security guidelines.

· Any other duties, activities and projects assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree in computer science related.

· Strong communication and interaction skills.

· Fluency in both written and oral Mandarin & English skills.

· MCP / MCSE Certificate is advantage

· Can work under high pressure

· Candidate with Shenzhen Hukou & capability to speak Cantonese is preferred.
