RESPONSIBILITY

1) Responsible for failure analysis (FA) of finish goods or semi-assembly products.
2) Failure analysis cover failures from assembly, reliability test, qualification fails, customer returns as well as new product and process introduction fails.
3) Familiar with the use of a wide range of test equipment and analytical equipment including EDX, SEM, FIB
4) Responsibilities include the generation of high quality Product Analysis Reports to the internal engineering and manufacturing staff as well as customers.
5) Knowledge of semiconductor physics, analog & logic circuits, and basic knowledge of semiconductor process or assembly process is required

QUALIFICATION
1) BS/MS degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering
2) Candidate must be creative, self-directed, highly motivated, and energetic; with strong verbal communication and technical writing skills
3) 6+ year's professional experience is a plus
4) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
