§ Assist Supply Base Director to provide leadership on overall Strategic Sourcing and Procurement management. Setup and track KPI through the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement functions.

§ Assist Supply Base Director to facilitate and, if necessary, lead communications and strategy with the supply base on operational issues.

§ Assist Supply Base Director and co-work with the Strategic Sourcing Lead on

- Setup the Strategic Sourcing strategy, re-evaluate and integrate the existing main categories supply base and data pool.

- Establish appropriate goals for annual total cost productivity, commodity spend, supplier footprint, supplier development and performance, and new product/technology innovation research.

- Build up the sourcing team and develop the sourcing managers on certain category expertise in terms of product costing, product knowledge, product market trend analysis, related supplier sourcing/evaluation/ selection, and supplier relationship management.

- Provide the project NPI support in terms of supplier evaluation, supplier selection, supplier costing and other key supplier problem shooting

- Responsible for the key supplier performance management which supported by the Supply Base Admin team on the QBR program

- Responsible for Supplier Sourcing and key supplier management process which supported by the Supply Base Admin team on the process management activity.

§ Assist Supply Base Director and co-work with the Procurement Lead on

- Re-evaluate the current procurement process and daily work activities between PCH Supply Base Manager and PCH subsidiary –CTS purchasing team, and setup the best practice process and work structure to drive the best efficiency

- Co-work with CTS purchasing lead to build up a highly performed procurement team.

- Lead the supplier operational KPI management which include capacity & material planning, OTD performance and Lead Time negotiation, continuous cost reduction, inventory control and E&O,EOL management

- Co-work with Client Teams, Central Quality and Central Engineering on any supplier critical operation issues

§ Assist Supply Base Director on the supplier contract and legal documents drafting, negotiations.

§ Assist Supply Base Director and co-work with Supple Base Admin Manager on supply base related process to deliver the best work practice and efficiency.
