Responsibilities:

1.Develop compensation and benefits plans, policies and procedures globally.

2.Evaluate compensation and benefits trends, market data and benchmark surveys to ensure market competitiveness of all compensation and benefits offerings. Research local competitive markets to ensure the ability to attract and retain talent.

3.Respond to staff compensation and benefit enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

4.Design and implement compensation structures in the organization including grading structures, job evaluation, promotion policy etc. aligned with organization culture and values.

5.Provide guidance on Global Mobility policies. Guide employees on expatriate compensation, including relocation

6.Ensure accuracy of monthly payroll information prior to execution of payroll by Finance team

7.Guide employees on expatriate compensation, including relocation

8.Work closely with regional resources to ensure appropriate regional/local design, global consistency, competitiveness, governance, compliance, and best practice.

9.Develop relationships with key internal and external resources and oversee vendor performance to ensure standards are met.

10.Employee Share Option Plan Management.

11.Consult with management and HR colleagues on compensation and benefit issues.

12.Develop, recommend, and rollout of approved, new, or modified plans and employee benefit policies.

13. Working effectively with VP Global HR and PCH Resourcing and Employee Relations teams to deliver best practice in the area of compensation and benefits

14.Senior Employee Compensation Management

15.Explore and implement innovative reward schemes to support group values, performance and staff retention.

Requirements:

1.Degree/professional qualification

2.Broad knowledge of and substantial experience in the management of International Compensation and Benefit programs.

3.Background in sizeable multinational business is preferred.

4.Ability to work in an environment where data accuracy and validation is a key.

5.Hands-on approach and strong ability to work as part of a team.

6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7.Capable of building relationships and influencing at all levels in a highly matrixed environment.

8.Proven ability to drive initiatives to closure with a strong result focused mindset.

9.Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead change.

10.Highly proficient in the use of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
