Qualification:
-- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical/electronics engineering.
-- 3 years of working experience in project engineering or quality engineering.
-- Familiar with international toy safety standard, ASTM, EN71, ISO 8124, etc
-- Manufacturing working experience in product development aspect is preferred
-- Familiar with plastic material, molding or related process is preferred
-- Experienced in MS operation and UG or Pro-E
-- Good oral and written communications skills, both in English and Chinese/Cantonese
-- Knowledge in application of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
-- Understand and evaluate product structure and design in order to meet safety and functional requirements, provide alternatives for improvement when required
-- Provide DFM input to meet the Chinese local production style/method
-- Work together with vendor QA engineer to conduct quality test during novelty development
-- Drive highly complex supplier quality issues root cause analysis and corrective actions.
-- Work with various internal teams to continuously improve the quality performance
-- Conduct production pilot at vendors'plant, evaluate and qualify manufacturing process.
-- Ensure all required Engineering and Quality related Product Development documents are developed, acquired, maintained and filed in the appropriate folder.
