Responsibilities:

- Monitoring supplier production to reduce manual assembly scrap by controlling quality data and taking corrective Action to improve or correct the operations
- Review and provide suggestions for supplier on the standard motion's implement and equipment's optimization
- Communicate with internal development team to optimize line setup on supplier side, make sure right quality on supplier production platform
- Conduct process confirmation and maintain right production platform; corrective action plan follow up

Requirement :
- University degree in related Mechanical / Industrial engineering
- Solid experience and knowledge on production quality monitoring;

- Familiar with quality tools-QC 7 tools, FMEA, MSA etc.

- Strong ability to define problems, collect data , problem trouble shooting and draw valid conclusion; six sigma certification is preferred.
- Strong skills on 5S and visual management improvement are preferred
- Knowledge of plastics, molding, mechatronics is a plus

- Experience on TS 16949 is a plus
- Good capability to plan , organize , coordinate and communicate effectively
- Able to work independently with the supplier's daily operational activities
- Heavy traveling is needed
- Office software skill is needed

- Fluent English is needed
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
